Determine coverage’s, make liability decisions, determine damages owed under policy contracts Understanding and use of Claims Best Practices in file handling while complying with all Insurance Department regulations. Effectively organize time and effort on files in order to minimize the days to close property/casualty claims, negotiate equitably, and control expenses. HOURS: Monday- Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills along with excellent time management skills. College degree required; experience in the insurance or related fields preferred. Deadline and detail-oriented. Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows 8 or above expected.
